How it works

Foundation work is expensive and hard to undo, so it pays to know who you're talking to. We make it quick to reach a contractor that serves your address.

  1. You call or send a request

Tell us your town and what you're seeing: cracks in brick or drywall, doors and windows that stick, sloping or bouncy floors, a gap at the baseboard, or a report from a home inspection.

  2. We connect you with a local company

Your call or request goes to an independent foundation repair contractor that works in Lawton and Comanche County.

  3. The company handles the job

They quote, schedule and do the work. Pricing, warranties and terms come from them directly.

What we are and aren't

Lawton Foundation Repair is a referral service, not a contractor. We don't send crews or employ technicians, and we don't set prices. Using the site is free for homeowners.

Oklahoma doesn't issue a state license to general contractors, so a state license number isn't something you can check for foundation work. Instead, ask whether the contractor holds the licenses the City of Lawton requires and will pull any permit your job needs (the city's License & Permits Division is at 580-581-3360). Get a written repair plan that shows where each pier goes, what type of pier, how deep they're driven, and exactly what the warranty covers and whether it transfers to a buyer. For a large or disputed repair, consider paying a licensed professional engineer for an independent evaluation; you can look up an engineer's license with the Oklahoma State Board of Licensure for Professional Engineers and Surveyors.
